Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced F&B; Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure high service standards, supervise staff, and maintain hygiene and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with kitchen and service teams to deliver an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day dining and food service operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and monitor service staff performance.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth meal service.
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and report operational issues.
- Handle guest/resident feedback and resolve concerns promptly.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Industry: Hospitality, Senior Living, Healthcare, or Institutional Catering. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
