Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru is for an F&B; Sales Manager / Assistant F&B; Sales Manager with prior food and beverage sales experience. The role involves driving sales for the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering services by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.



The skilled in this position will prepare and present sales proposals, conduct client meetings and site inspections, and collaborate with the F&B; operations and marketing teams to create attractive packages and promotions.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring market trends and competitor activities, maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring that service delivery aligns with brand standards and guest expectations. The role also requires coordinating with internal stakeholders to support smooth event execution and consistently focusing on guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Sound knowledge of Food Service operations, including restaurant, bar, banqueting, and catering environments.
- Understanding of Food Safety standards and compliance requirements within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with Seafood offerings and menus, including the ability to position and sell specialty F&B; concepts.
- Prior F&B; sales experience in hotels or hospitality environments, with a track record of meeting
