The Turaco Roastery is a new specialty coffee and gourmet dining destination coming soon to Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

We are building a distinctive café experience that brings together specialty coffee, gourmet food, immersive interiors and thoughtful hospitality.

For our opening team, we are especially looking to welcome passionate and personable hospitality talent from Northeast India who would like to build their career in Jaipur and grow with a new hospitality brand.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from Northeast India, including candidates from Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim.

Freshers are welcome prior experience is not mandatory.

Candidates with experience in cafes, restaurants, hotels or hospitality are also encouraged to apply.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Warm, friendly and confident approach towards guests.

Professional grooming and a positive attitude.

Genuine interest in hospitality and customer service.

Willingness to learn specialty coffee and modern café service.

Ability to work as part of a diverse and collaborative team.

Comfortable with rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Your Role

As an F&B; Service Associate / Guest Experience Associate, you will:

Welcome guests and create a warm first impression.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve specialty coffee, beverages and food.

Help guests understand the menu and make recommendations.

Maintain high standards of table service, cleanliness and presentation.





Coordinate closely with the Barista, Kitchen and Service teams.

Handle guest requests with professionalism and care.

Follow service, hygiene and grooming standards.

Contribute to creating the welcoming guest experience that defines The Turaco Roastery.

Mock service and pre-opening trials
