Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused F&B; Service Associate to join our restaurant team in Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for providing effective and courteous service to guests while maintaining high standards of food service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. These responsibilities are consistent with current F&B; service roles in Kerala restaurants and hospitality properties.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.

Present menus, explain dishes, and assist guests with their selections.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen/bar.

Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant standards.

Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation.

Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.

Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.

Maintain good knowledge of the food and beverage menu.

Process bills and payments accurately using POS systems, where required.

Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards.





Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.

Support buffet, banquet, and special-event service when required.

Coordinate effectively with kitchen and other restaurant staff.

Assist in upselling food and beverage items where appropriate.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in F&B; service, restaurants, hotels, resorts, or fine-dining establishments preferred.

Freshers with a relevant Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification may also be considered.

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with a strong guest-service orientation.

Well-groomed, energetic, and presentable.

Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment.

Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems and food safety is an advantage.
