- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup as per standards.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B; team to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company SOPs, service standards, grooming, and safety guidelines.
