Role Description This is a full-time, on-site F&B; Associate role based at Treat Hotels &

- Resorts in Kumbhalgarh. The F&B; Associate will support daily food and beverage operations, including welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner. The role involves coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams, ensuring that orders are accurately processed, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety,



and presentation in dining areas. The F&B; Associate will handle guest queries and feedback, promote menu items and specials, and assist with setup and breakdown for events, banquets, and group functions. This position requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to brand standards across all service touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Food Service and Food &
- Beverage skills, with an understanding of restaurant and hotel dining operations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess basic Culinary Skills, including knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food safety practices.
- Relevant experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant F&B; operations is preferred, especially in high-volume or banquet settings.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in hospitality environments.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality-related qualification or certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
