We're looking for a F&B; Captain to run the outlet and restaurant sections smoothly and give a pleasent memory to guets.
What you'll own
✔ Lead and train the f&b; team to deliver five-star hospitality
✔ Manage service staff and ensure high quality guest experience
✔ Oversee restaurant floor operations
✔ Be the bridge between frontline servers and restaurant managment
✔ Uphold resort policies, safety, and brand experience
What we're looking for
✔ 3–5 years in hospitality/hotels/restaurants
✔ Bachelor's in Hospitality, Hotel Managment,
or related field
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Calm under pressure, great at multitasking
✔ Luxury resort experience is a big plus
