- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen or bar.

- Serve orders promptly and safely while adhering to proper presentation standards.

- Explicit, sanitize, and reset tables promptly after guests leave.

- Use the IDS Next F&B; / Point of Sale (POS) module to input orders, print Kot (Kitchen Order Tickets), and settle bills accurately.

- Post food and beverage charges directly to hotel guest room folios using the IDS system when required.

- Generate daily shift-end sales reports, balance cash drawers, and reconcile credit card transactions through IDS.

- Update table status, handle split-billing requests, and manage reservations or member accounts via the software interface.

- Restock side stations with glassware, cutlery, napkins, and condiments.

- Follow local health, sanitation, and alcohol service safety laws.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
