About Celso Labs

Celso Labs is the design and product development studio of Celso Lifestyle, created to go beyond traditional garment manufacturing.

We help fashion businesses move from idea → research → design → product development → collection → execution.

We work with recent fashion entrepreneurs, growing brands and established brands looking for seasonal or ongoing design and product development support.

About the Role

We are looking for a Fashion Product & Collection Lead to become one of the first core members of Celso Labs.

This is not a conventional fashion designer role. We are looking for someone who can identify what should be designed, for whom, why it could work in the market, and how to turn the idea into a real product.

Key Responsibilities

- Research fashion trends, brands, customers and international markets
- Identify product and category opportunities
- Develop original garments and product concepts
- Create mini and seasonal collections
- Develop market- and brand-specific product concepts
- Build and maintain the Celso Labs product library
- Research and develop fabrics, silhouettes, colours and details
- Work with technical and manufacturing teams to develop samples
- Support buyer presentations and business development
- Adapt products based on market and buyer feedback

What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of fashion design/product development experience
- Strong portfolio of original garments and/or collections
- Strong understanding of fabrics, silhouettes and garment construction
- Positive knowledge of international fashion trends
- Commercial understanding of fashion products
- Ability to research,



conceptualize and execute quickly
- Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or equivalent
- Strong presentation and communication skills

Experience in womenswear, contemporary fashion, resortwear, lifestyle, D2C, export or international fashion is a plus.

What You'll Build

Your work will create the foundation of the Celso Labs product library — products and collections that can be presented to brands in India and international markets and developed into commercial opportunities.
