Role Description This full-time, in office Fashion Merchandiser cum Fashion Designer role is based in Ghaziabad. The position involves researching trends, fabrics, and styles to design collections that align with brand identity and market demand.

The role includes planning product assortments, coordinating with production and sourcing teams, and ensuring that designs are feasible for manufacturing and distribution. Day-to-day tasks also include preparing mood boards, technical sketches, and specifications, as well as monitoring sales performance to refine future collections. The individual will collaborate with retail, sales, and marketing teams to present collections, support visual merchandising,



and maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with internal teams and support client-facing activities.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand consumer behavior, product placement, and store-level performance.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Candidates should have proficiency in fashion design principles, trend analysis, and garment construction.
- Candidates should be skilled in using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools) and creating technical drawings.

- A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
