Role & Responsibilities:

The Fashion Marketing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role for someone who understands fashion, digital marketing and e-commerce.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage day-to-day social media and content calendar across platforms.
- Coordinate shoots, content creation, influencers and external creative partners.
- Track social and marketing performance and identify growth opportunities.

Shopify & E-commerce

- Manage Shopify, including product uploads, collections, merchandising and website updates.
- Ensure product, pricing and inventory information is accurate.

Stockist Management

- Manage onboarding of new stockists and coordinate their setup and launch.
- Maintain stockist information, product catalogues and marketing assets.
- Coordinate with stockists on product, imagery, launches and ongoing requirements.

Marketing & Brand

- Assist with campaigns, launches, collaborations and events.




- Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.
- Research relevant marketing, partnership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion marketing, digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Prior experience working with Shopify and other relevant digital marketing / e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Experience managing digital content, campaigns and brand communication.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry, consumer behaviour and fashion branding.
- Good organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good visual sense and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics and reporting.
- Experience working with stockists, retailers or wholesale accounts is preferred.
