Silent Limited is an expanding business group managing emerging apparel and lifestyle fashion brands. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Designer to lead our retail store presence in Thiruvalla while actively driving design curation and collection development.

Role Overview In this role, you will hold dual responsibility: managing the day-to-day operations and customer experience at our Thiruvalla retail outlet, and curating trendy collections for our fashion brands. Production is completely outsourced, meaning your primary focus will be on trend research, design conceptualization, sampling coordination, vendor management, and store-level customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Collection Design & Curation: Research current fashion trends, select fabrics, develop mood boards, and curate fresh seasonal collections for our brand portfolio.
- Store Oversight & Styling: Manage the Thiruvalla retail store operations, ensure high standards of visual merchandising, and assist walk-in clients with personalized styling and wardrobe advice.




- Outsourced Production Coordination: Liaise with external manufacturing units, tailors, and fabric vendors. Oversee sample development, fit approvals, quality checks, and production timelines.
- Customer Insights & Feedback: Act as the direct bridge between the retail floor and design table, leveraging client feedback to guide new design launches.
- Stock & Inventory Control: Track store inventory movement, rapid-selling designs, and stock replenishment needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing, Apparel Technology, or Fashion Merchandising.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in fashion designing, boutique management, or apparel retail (passionate freshers with strong creative portfolios are encouraged to apply).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
