Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional industry experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, trend awareness, and is ready to take responsibility and translate concepts into commercially viable collections aligned with the brand’s identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Fashion Designer
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fit
- Highest expertise in taking precise body measurements for a perfect fit
- Ability to communicate with customers, manage expectations and to convert their ideas and requirements into sketches thus providing expert style consultations
- Ability to interpret trends and adapt them to the brand’s aesthetic
- Good teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Technical knowledge about stitching




- Ability to manage tailors thus ensuring timely and exact execution of the dress

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers and explain the style and fabrics required
- Sketch patterns based on customer requirements
- Calculate costings considering fabric costs, labour costs and design complexity
- Design and develop seasonal collections from concept to final production
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands
- Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams
- Prepare and review tech packs and ensure design accuracy during sampling
- Participate in fittings and make design adjustments as required
- Ensure timelines are met and designs align with cost and quality standards

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
