Label Anamika Khanna is looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Fashion Consultant to join our luxury boutique at DLF Emporio, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

About the Role The Senior Fashion Consultant will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience, building strong relationships with high-value clientele, and driving individual as well as store-level sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver personalized styling and fashion consultation to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/UHNI and high-value clientele.
- Drive individual sales and contribute towards achieving overall store targets.
- Understand client preferences and recommend products based on their style, occasion, and requirements.
- Manage client appointments, trials, fittings, alterations, and follow-ups.
- Develop a strong network of new clients while nurturing existing clientele.
- Drive regular clienteling through calls, messages, and personalized communication.
- Generate repeat business through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
- Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand, collections, fabrics, silhouettes, and styling.




- Coordinate with the store team to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation through purchase and after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow established CRM practices.
- Support visual merchandising, stock coordination, and day-to-day boutique operations as required.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in luxury, premium, or designer fashion retail.
- Experience in luxury fashion, couture, or designer wear will be preferred.
- Strong experience in client servicing and relationship management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Prior experience handling HNI/UHNI clientele is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of fashion, styling, and luxury products.
- Well-groomed, confident, and polished personality.
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
