About the Role:

CHKOKKO is looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our retail team at Downtown Market, Ludhiana.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail and a strong passion for customer service and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting the right sportswear/apparel based on their needs and preferences.
- Deliver an excellent in-store customer experience.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Explain product features, fits, sizes, fabrics, and perks to customers.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and product replenishment.
- Handle billing and other basic store operations when required.




- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team for smooth daily store operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Experience with garments, apparel, sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good understanding of apparel/sportswear products, sizing, fits, and customer preferences.
- Sales-oriented, energetic, well-presented, and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive and professional attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

? CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
