We are looking for a passionate Fashion Consultant to join our retail team at Phoenix Mall, Jaipur and become an integral part of the Outerworld customer experience.

About the RoleAs a Fashion Consultant, you will help customers discover clothing and styling options that complement their personal style, body type, preferences, and occasion while staying true to the Outerworld aesthetic.

You will be the face of the brand in-store—combining fashion expertise, customer service, and sales to create a premium and memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet, engage, and assist customers with a warm and premium approach.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, body types, and occasions to provide personalised styling recommendations.
- Showcase Outerworld's collections, products, fabrics, fits, craftsmanship, and key features.
- Recommend complete looks through upselling and cross-selling of relevant products and accessories.
- Help customers select outfits for occasions including parties, weddings, celebrations, business events, travel, and everyday premium wear.
- Provide fitting assistance and coordinate alterations when required.
- Handle customer queries and provide attentive pre-sale and after-sales service.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and clienteling.
- Work towards and contribute to individual and store-level sales targets.




- Maintain excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the store consistently reflects Outerworld's premium brand image.
- Stay updated with new collections, fashion trends, menswear styling, fabrics, fits, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate effectively with the store team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Support day-to-day store operations, inventory coordination, and other retail activities when required.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills, with an understanding of menswear fabrics, fits, silhouettes, and styling options.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers.
- Strong sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, styling, menswear, or premium apparel is highly beneficial.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of contemporary fashion and styling.
- Genuine interest in men's fashion, personal styling, and luxury retail.
- Confident, well-presented, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Formal education in fashion, design, retail management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
