Job Title: Farm Supervisor

Job Summary The Farm Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily farm operations, managing farm workers, monitoring crops and livestock, ensuring proper use of resources, and maintaining farm productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day farm activities.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of farm workers.
- Plan and monitor planting, cultivation, irrigation, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
- Monitor crop growth and identify pests, diseases, weeds, and other agricultural issues.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Monitor irrigation, fertilization, manure application, and other farm inputs.
- Maintain records of farm activities, labour attendance, production, materials, and expenses.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and harvested products.
- Coordinate with agricultural experts, suppliers, and service providers when required.
- Ensure compliance with farm safety, hygiene, environmental, and operational procedures.
- Monitor farm productivity and report operational issues to management.
- Control wastage and ensure efficient utilization of water, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly farm activity reports.




- Train workers on safe and proper farming practices.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in farm supervision or agricultural operations.
- Knowledge of crop cultivation, irrigation, fertilizers, pest control, and harvesting practices.
- Basic computer and record-maintenance skills.
- Ability to supervise and manage farm workers.
