Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate farm workers, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively

- Monitor and maintain farm operations, including crop management,



irrigation, and fertilization

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment

- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

- Maintain records and prepare reports on farm activities

- Collaborate with other farm supervisors and managers to develop and implement farm strategies

- Keep up-to-date with advancements in agricultural technology and practices

- Provide training and guidance to farm workers
