India Learns is looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Faculty Member for Logistics & Human Resources (HR) to join our academic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom sessions in Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Human Resource Management
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies and practical learning activities
- Explain concepts using relevant industry examples and real-world scenarios
- Conduct assignments, assessments and student evaluations
- Mentor students and support their academic and career development
- Maintain academic records and complete course documentation
- Participate in academic activities, workshops and student-development programmes
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery

Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, MBA, or a related discipline
- Teaching/training or relevant industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to make classes practical, interactive and industry-oriented
- Fresh candidates with robust subject knowledge and presentation skills may also be considered
