About the Position

Bayspro Skills is looking for an experienced HR professional or faculty member to teach Human Resources Management and People Operations. The faculty member should be able to connect HR concepts with actual workplace practices and prepare students for entry-level HR roles in India and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom sessions, practical exercises and case discussions.
- Train students in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee documentation and HR operations.
- Conduct practical sessions using Excel, HRIS and recruitment tools.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments and study materials.
- Guide students in developing HR portfolios and completing practical projects.
- Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for HR job roles.
- Evaluate student performance and provide individual feedback.
- Support internships, industry projects and placement preparation.
- Keep course content updated with changes in HR practices,



labour regulations and workplace technology.
- Participate in academic meetings, curriculum reviews and faculty development activities.

Qualification
- MBA, PGDM or postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant professional HR certifications may also be considered.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR, corporate training or HR education.
- Preference will be given to candidates with both corporate HR experience and teaching or training experience.
- Practical experience in recruitment, payroll, HR operations, labour compliance or employee relations is desirable.
- Knowledge of UAE HR practices, MOHRE regulations and WPS will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of practical HR operations.
- Valuable presentation and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain subjects through workplace examples and case studies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR software.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate in Malayalam will be an advantage.
- Student-friendly, organised and committed to academic quality.
