About the Role

CMT Business School is looking for passionate and experienced

Hospitality Faculty to join our Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) academic team. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering engaging theoretical and practical training in Food & Beverage (F&B;) Service and/or Rooms Division, while mentoring students for careers in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for BHM students.
- Teach subjects related to Food & Beverage Service and Rooms Division.
- Conduct demonstrations, practical training, assignments, presentations and assessments.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials and practical activities.
- Guide students in developing professional hospitality skills and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations and maintain academic records.
- Mentor students and support their academic and career development.
- Coordinate practical training, industry visits and hospitality-related activities.
- Stay updated with current hospitality industry practices and trends.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for academic and co-curricular activities.

Eligibility

- Degree / Master's Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant teaching or hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge and industry exposure are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, presentation and student mentoring skills.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong subject knowledge may also be considered for suitable roles.

Employment Options Full-Time: Academic teaching, practical training, student mentoring and institutional responsibilities.

Part-Time: Subject-specific teaching and practical training based on the academic schedule.
