Role & responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily production across sublimation printing, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control and packing.
- Set production targets, balance sewing lines and improve productivity.
- Maintain quality standards, reduce rework and control fabric and material wastage.
- Train and mentor PNG supervisors, sewing operators and production staff.
- Implement SOPs, reporting systems, workplace safety and machine-maintenance plans.
- Coordinate with sales, design and purchasing teams to meet delivery timelines.

Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 58 years garment-factory production-management experience.
- Robust experience in uniforms, sportswear, polo shirts, woven and knit garments.
- Practical knowledge of sublimation production, pattern flow, cutting, sewing lines, quality control and factory costing.
- Proven ability to improve output, quality and on-time delivery.
- Experience training local staff and working in developing markets is preferred.
- Strong English communication and leadership skills.
