Job Title: Factory Supervisor / Administrator (Shoe Manufacturing)

? Location: 1957 Part-B, Bahadurgarh MIE Industrial Area

? Experience: 1-3 Years (factory / warehouse background preferred)

? Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (weekly off adjustable)

Job Summary

SSD Industries is a newly established shoe manufacturing unit focused on quality footwear. We need a dependable, organized person to run the factory floor and the paperwork behind it: workers, production, stock, billing, dispatch, and daily reports. If you like keeping things moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Supervision

- Plan daily schedules, allocate workers and material, and make sure output targets are met.
- Supervise factory workers, monitor attendance, and keep discipline and workflow smooth.
- Follow safety rules and compliance on the floor.

Quality Control

- Carry out regular inspections of products in progress and finished goods.
- Spot problems early and fix them at the source.

Stock & Inventory

- Maintain stock records for raw materials and finished goods.
- Keep an eye on material availability and flag shortages early.

Billing & Records

- Handle computerized billing and stock entry.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel, Tally, or billing software.





Dispatch & Logistics

- Coordinate and oversee dispatch of finished goods.
- Manage receiving and checking of incoming materials.

Coordination & Reporting

- Be the link between workers, suppliers, and management.
- Prepare daily and weekly stock and production reports.

Required Qualifications

- 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
- Hands-on experience supervising factory staff, with the ability to lead a team and keep it motivated.
- Understanding of production planning, quality control, and day-to-day factory operations.
- Comfortable with production and inventory tools (Excel, Tally, or stock and billing software).
- Good problem-solving skills, clear communication, and strong organization.
- Ability to coordinate between workers, suppliers, and management under deadlines.

Positive to Have

- Experience as a production supervisor, factory manager, or in a similar role.
- Background in footwear, garment, or other manufacturing.
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Familiarity with dispatch and logistics coordination.
