- Manage day-to-day factory operations, safety, security, and facility activities.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, industrial safety, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, fire drills, and emergency preparedness programs.
- Supervise security, access control, emergency response, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with HR, maintenance, production, vendors, and external authorities.
- Monitor fire-fighting equipment and overall workplace safety.
- Handle incident reporting, risk assessment, and corrective actions.
- Lead and guide factory staff to maintain a protected and disciplined work environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Fire & Safety / Factory Operations.
- Experience as a Senior Fire Officer / Fire Officer preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety, emergency management, and industrial safety.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Retired Fire Service Officers with relevant industrial experience may be considered.
