Factory Operator – Cosmetics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Foreman to supervise daily activities at our cosmetic manufacturing unit.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise workers and manage daily production activities.
- Handle product filling, packing, labeling, and production work.
- Operate and monitor filling machines.
- Allocate work to staff and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain stock of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Check product quantity, packaging, and basic quality.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline on the factory floor.
- Report daily production, stock, and staff updates to management.
- Ensure minimum wastage and smooth factory operations.

Requirements:

- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred.
- Experience handling workers and production activities.
- Basic knowledge of filling machines and stock management.
- Responsible, disciplined, and hands-on.

Work Location: In person Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
