Role & responsibilities

1. Plant Leadership & Operations Excellence • Lead end-to-end plant operations, including production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and warehousing • Deliver superior performance across key metrics: productivity, cost efficiency, quality, and service levels • Drive optimal utilisation of man, machine, and materials to meet business targets consistently • Benchmark plant performance against industry best practices and drive continuous improvement
2. Production Planning & Supply Chain Integration • Lead the S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) process from a manufacturing standpoint to ensure alignment with demand plans • Develop and execute robust production plans based on demand forecasts and material availability • Ensure high service levels through reliable dispatch planning and execution, including export commitments • Collaborate closely with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations

Strategy & Capacity Building • Translate business strategy into manufacturing priorities and execution roadmaps • Lead capacity planning and expansion initiatives to support future growth • Build scalable systems and processes that enable long-term operational excellence • Partner with cross-functional leadership (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to drive business outcomes 4.
