Job Summary:

Indroyal Furniture Company Private Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our furniture manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, meeting delivery deadlines, and managing a skilled workforce in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory requirements. Coordinate workflow to meet production targets, quality standards, and cost constraints.

Operations Management: Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.Ensure machinery, tools, and equipment are in good working condition; coordinate preventive maintenance.

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and factory workers. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Quality & Compliance: Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product standards and reduce defects. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Inventory & Cost Control: Manage raw material inventory in coordination with the procurement department. Control waste, optimize resource usage,



and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with R&D;, design, and sales departments for new product development and custom orders.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. l 5–8 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.l Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for sofa wooden furniture and modular furniture. l Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP systems, and lean manufacturing techniques.l Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of CNC machines, joinery processes, and finishing techniques. Six Sigma, or other quality frameworks. Experience in managing large-scale factory operations in a high-volume production environment.

Salary: 65,000/- to 75,000/-
