We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to manage overall factory operations and production of swimming pools and spas, ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily production planning and manufacturing operations.

- Supervise factory staff, technicians, and production teams.

- Ensure timely production as per project requirements.

- Monitor quality, productivity, material usage, and wastage.

- Manage manpower allocation and factory discipline.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Design, Sales, and Project teams.

- Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, and equipment.

- Maintain production records and prepare regular reports.

- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and proper maintenance of the factory.

- Identify production issues and implement process improvements.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in factory/production management.

- Experience in manufacturing, FRP/fiberglass, construction, pools, spas, or related industries preferred.

- Strong leadership, production planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable knowledge of manpower, inventory, quality, and cost control.

- Good communication and MS Excel skills.
