- Oversee the overall operations of API manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with USFDA regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency in API production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, process optimization, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders on plant performance metrics, including production schedules, inventory management, and resource allocation.
Job Requirements :
- 17-20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in API manufacturing (USFDA).
- Solid understanding of GMP guidelines and regulations governing API production.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process improvements initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field; Master's degree preferred.
