We are seeking an experienced and driven Factory Head to lead our manufacturing operations at Vasai and oversee the setup and management of our upcoming state-of-the-art facility at Silvassa. The ideal candidate should be an exceptional leader with strong operational, technical, and people management skills, having successfully managed large manufacturing units with 200+ manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production workflow optimization
- Lead the setup and execution of a current manufacturing plant at Silvassa
- Order and inventory management to ensure timely delivery and cost control
- Maintain quality control and compliance with safety & environmental standards
- Drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and asset optimization
- Execute plant strategies aligned with broader organizational goals
- Develop and track KPIs, metrics,



and performance benchmarks
- Lead cross-functional teams across departments and units
- Manage and develop factory staff with a focus on productivity and safety
- Handle compliance requirements under the Factory Act and Pollution Board
- Ensure waste control and budgetary compliance
- Implement modern systems and processes to support digital transformation

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven track record in factory/plant management
- Minimum 5 years stability in the most recent organization
- Deep understanding of factory operations, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Experience in setting up new plants is essential
- Expertise in wastage control and compliance handling
- Technical knowledge of industry-standard equipment and tools
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills
- Proficient in computer systems and ERP tools
- Ability to lead by example, foster accountability, and drive performance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 15+ years (including 10+ years in leadership roles)
- Industry Background: Mid to large-scale manufacturing setups
- Education: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Chemical)
- Age: Up to 45 years
- Language: Hindi fluency is essential
- Mobility: Willing to start in Vasai and relocate to Silvassa
