Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily residential facility operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various soft services such as laundry, linen supply, and pest control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and visitors by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in facility and property management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
