1. Campus & Infrastructure Management
2. Oversee the day-to-day functioning and upkeep of the entire school campus.
3. Ensure classrooms, laboratories, library, activity rooms, offices, washrooms, corridors, playgrounds and common areas are clean, protected and functional.
4. Conduct regular inspections of the campus and identify maintenance requirements proactively.
5. Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for all major facilities and equipment.
6. Coordinate repairs, replacements, renovations and minor civil works.
7. Ensure the campus is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, appearance and functionality.

Requirements





Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Operations, Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

3–7 years of relevant experience in facility management, school operations, hospitality, residential/commercial facilities or institutional management.

Experience managing facilities in a school, educational institution, corporate office, hospital, hotel or large residential/commercial property will be an advantage.

Experience managing housekeeping, security, maintenance teams and external vendors preferred.

- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil and general maintenance systems.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
