Position: Facilities - Maintenance & Procurement Executive/Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the overall maintenance, procurement, vendor management, and facility operations of the Centre. The role requires strong coordination, timely follow-up, cost management, and proactive handling of maintenance and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of materials, toys, equipment, spare parts, and other Centre requirements.
- Handle day-to-day Centre maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, AC/HVAC, carpentry, and general repair work.
- Coordinate with vendors, obtain quotations, prepare cost estimates and budgets, and ensure work is completed within approved costs and timelines.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure regular follow-ups and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate recurring services such as Fire NOC, pest control, RO servicing, aquarium maintenance, and other facility requirements.
- Ensure all recurring vendors are properly aligned and scheduled every two months or as per the required service frequency.
- Ensure all fire-safety systems are maintained and up to date,



including fire sprinklers, fire alarms, extinguishers, and related compliance requirements.
- Receive maintenance complaints and requirements from Head Office, assign them to the appropriate vendor, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor the quality of vendor work and ensure proper closure of all maintenance issues.
- Maintain records of vendors, quotations, expenses, maintenance schedules, service reports, and pending issues.
- Proactively identify maintenance requirements and ensure preventive maintenance is carried out to avoid operational disruptions.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Experience in maintenance, facility management, procurement, or operations.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Valuable understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, AC, and carpentry work.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strict timelines and cost control.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
