The Facility Manager will be the single point of contact for all facility services at a key client account. You will manage integrated soft and hard FM services, ensuring SLA adherence, cost efficiency, and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facility services including housekeeping, maintenance, security interface, and vendor coordination
- Prepare and monitor annual FM budgets and operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits, compliance checks, and energy reviews
- Build and maintain solid relationships with client stakeholders
- Manage a team of supervisors and contract staff
- Handle statutory compliance including fire safety, lift inspection, and health regulations
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations for clients and internal management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering / Science / Commerce; CFM or FM certification preferred
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in integrated facility management
- Strong knowledge of soft and hard services, technical maintenance, and safety
- Excellent client management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is an advantage
