Role Description The Facilities Management Specialist will oversee day-to-day facility operations for client sites in Bengaluru, ensuring buildings are safe, functional, and compliant with operational standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating building maintenance activities, supervising service providers, monitoring building systems, and addressing facility-related issues promptly. The role involves managing facility budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support energy management initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Facility Management (FM) and Building Management to oversee daily operations and service delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Building Maintenance to manage repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and vendor coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to plan, monitor, and optimize facility-related expenditures.
- Candidates should possess skills in Energy Management to support efficiency initiatives and sustainable building operations.
- Relevant experience in facilities or property management, preferably in commercial or corporate environments.
- Ability to interpret technical information, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with facility management software and basic MS Office tools.
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
