This role gives you the prospect to:

- Deliver bespoke learning intervention for our client organizations across more than 10 industries designed with a sharp focus on the business impact
- Assimilate learning from various industries and apply it to create value for the client
- Be a part of Chrysalis HRD’s internal learning interventions

The expectation from you in the role will be to:
- Understand and deliver interventions as per the Chrysalis HRD design and facilitation guidelines
- Understand and conform to Chrysalis HRD facilitation standards
- Be committed helping participants improve their skills to achieve the desired business impact
- Travel across the state to deliver the Intervention

Experience:
- 5 years of experience is sales, either in Insurance, Retail or Telecom industry.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in delivering behavior-based learning interventions to entry, middle and senior level participants in corporates

Education
- Post graduation in any discipline
