About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facade Engineer / Manager to lead and manage faade execution activities for large high-rise building projects. The role involves planning, coordination, execution, quality assurance, safety compliance, subcontractor management, and timely delivery of faade and associated works in line with project schedules, quality standards, and client requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in faade construction, curtain wall systems, glazing, aluminium works, faade installation methodologies, and subcontractor management within major construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Planning

- Organize and manage all resources, manpower, materials, and field activities related to faade works.
- Ensure efficient and economical execution of faade packages within approved cost, quality, and timeline targets.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to planned schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with construction teams and internal departments for smooth project execution.

Technical Management

- Review and implement approved faade drawings, shop drawings, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure approved Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and construction procedures are implemented at site.
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues in coordination with Project Management and Design teams.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients on faade-related approvals and technical clarifications.

Quality Management

- Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP) and quality control procedures.
- Verify that only approved materials are used for faade installation works.
- Monitor workmanship quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Drive closure of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements,



safety policies, and site regulations.
- Promote a strong safety culture across faade teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure all faade activities are executed in accordance with statutory and project safety standards.

Stakeholder & Subcontractor Management

- Coordinate and manage faade subcontractors on site.
- Conduct progress review meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
- Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and package managers on day-to-day construction activities.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and quality compliance.

Documentation & Handover

- Ensure timely submission of inspections, quality records, and progress reports.
- Coordinate preparation and submission of as-built drawings.
- Support project close-out activities and final handover documentation.

Educational Qualification

- Full-Time Engineering Graduate or Diploma in:

- Civil Engineering

- Mechanical Engineering

- Structural Engineering

Experience

- 7 to 12 years of experience in construction project execution.

- Proven experience in faade systems including:

- Curtain Wall Systems

- Unitized Faade Systems

- Stick Glazing Systems

- Aluminium Faade Works
- Skylights and Architectural Metal Works

Mandatory Requirement

- Candidates must be currently working with Building Construction / EPC Contractors executing projects at site.
- Experience from PMC (Project Management Consultancy), Design Consultancy, Architectural Consultancy,



or Pure Design Organizations will not be considered.
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on site execution responsibility for faade packages in large construction projects.
