Good understanding of glass, aluminum, ACP, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing systems

- Prepare and review facade drawings, shop drawings, and technical details.

- Develop facade designs and ensure proper technical detailing.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, project teams, and vendors.

- Review architectural and structural drawings for facade requirements.

- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and quantity estimates.

- Coordinate facade materials, fabrication, and installation activities.

- Conduct site visits and monitor facade installation as per approved drawings.

- Identify and resolve technical issues during fabrication and installation.

- Ensure facade systems comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for material procurement and execution.

- Review samples, mock-ups, and material submissions.

- Monitor project progress and support timely completion of facade works.

- Maintain project documentation, drawings, reports, and revisions.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
