Role Description The Facade Designer at Würfel is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The person in this role develops detailed facade concepts and designs that align with project requirements, brand standards, and structural constraints. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating facade elements with architects and internal teams, and selecting appropriate cladding and glazing solutions.

The Facade

Designer collaborates closely with project managers and vendors to ensure design feasibility, quality, and timely execution.



The role also involves resolving technical design issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that all facade designs meet safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in facade design, including experience with Facade and Facade Design concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing and interpreting Shop Drawings for facade-related projects.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of exterior materials such as Cladding and Glazing and their application in design.
- Relevant academic background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, spatial understanding, and ability to work with technical specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in facade projects within residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
