FABRICATOR – SHEET METAL

Medical Equipment & Operation Theatre Manufacturing

AMENSCO MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced and skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our manufacturing team.

Position: Fabricator – Sheet Metal

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: 4 – 10 Years

Accommodation: Provided by the Company

Location: Nellad, Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, Kerala

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components for medical equipment
- Fabrication of Operation Theatre equipment and structures
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings and measurements
- Cutting, bending, fitting and assembling sheet metal components
- TIG/MIG welding and other fabrication processes
- Ensure proper dimensions, alignment and finishing of fabricated components
- Maintain required quality standards and production schedules
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping

KEY REQUIREMENTS




- 4–10 years of relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Experience in medical equipment / hospital equipment / stainless steel fabrication will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of welding, grinding, cutting, bending and fitting
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
