Job Summary

RD Distributors is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Fabric Purchase & Store Executive to manage fabric purchasing, purchase documentation, supplier coordination, bill entries, fabric returns, and stock records.

Key Responsibilities

- Purchase fabric as per the requirements and specifications provided by the company.
- Coordinate with suppliers for fabric availability, rates, order placement, and delivery.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered fabric.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders and supplier details.
- Enter and maintain fabric bills/invoices in the system/register.
- Manage fabric inward entries and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare RG (Return Goods/Return Gate Pass) for fabric returned to suppliers.
- Maintain fabric purchase, inward, return, and stock registers.
- Keep stock records updated and coordinate regularly with the concerned team.
- Track received quantities against purchase orders and invoices.




- Coordinate with suppliers regarding shortages, excess quantities, damaged material, or other discrepancies.
- Ensure all purchase and stock-related documentation is complete and properly maintained.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in Fabric/Textile Purchase, Store, or Inventory will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of fabric purchasing and supplier coordination.
- Knowledge of Purchase Orders, bill/invoice entries, inward entries, and material returns.
- Experience in maintaining stock registers and purchase records.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
- ERP/Tally experience will be an added advantage.
- Must be organized, responsible, and accurate with documentation.

Salary & Location Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
