- 15+ years of experience in F&A; Domain Functional SPOC with domain and tech expertise with focus in F&A; Strong domain knowledge having extensively worked in Finance Controllers/ CFO s office in middle management role Capability to conceptualize Finance and Accounting Point Solutions, Automation Solutions & AI based solutions Strong understanding of F&A; tools and workflow solutions like BlackLine, Highradius, Coupa, Adaptive Insights etc.
- Ability to liaise extensively with IT development team and ensure the development of world class F&A; Solutions
- As a Domain expert - Lead client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A; Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps, Automation, AI, Analytics etc .

- Lead providing solutions in RFP s/current client pursuits and articulate the Tech solution,
approach and methodology Conceptualize and design Next Gen F&A; Technology Solutions with focus on - Point Solutions, Automation and AI
- Oversee the development of such solutions by providing guidance and feedback to the technical team
- Handle the solution life cycle IP rights, Solution Road maps, oversee Implementation hygiene etc.
- Perform Gap Analysis of F&A; Practice Offerings and identify solution development opportunities Craft solutions for Proposals (RFI / RFP) comprising tech levers of Point Solutions, AI and Automation Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A; Solutions, Technology, ERP gaps, AI, Automation etc.
