About the Role

We are looking for an Export Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and business development across the US and European markets for our manufacturing products.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Connect with decision-makers in Purchase, Sourcing, Engineering, and Management.
- Handle enquiries, RFQs, quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Develop new international customers and maintain existing client relationships.
- Drive lead conversion and support order closure and business development.
- Coordinate with Technical, Production, Dispatch, and Commercial teams.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and follow-up records.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Export Sales, International Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development,



or Industrial Sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Solid lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience with US or European clients will be preferred.
- Manufacturing/industrial sales experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with international time zones when required.
