Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Merchandiser role based in Panipat.

The Export

Merchandiser will manage end-to-end merchandising activities for international markets, including coordinating with buyers, developing product ranges, and preparing samples and costings. The role involves monitoring production timelines, ensuring product quality, and aligning shipment schedules with customer requirements.

Merchandiser will collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams, maintain accurate documentation, and support negotiations on pricing and order terms. The position also requires tracking market trends,



maintaining robust client relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement in export processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in export documentation, order processing, and coordination with freight and logistics partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in buyer communication, negotiation, and relationship management for international clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in product development, sampling coordination, and cost estimation for home furnishings.
- Candidates should possess skills in production follow-up, quality checks, and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Candidates should possess skills in market research, data analysis, and basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in textiles, fashion, commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
- Prior experience in export merchandising, preferably in home textiles or apparel, is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are desirable.
