– Export Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities The Export Operations Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end export operational activities, including:

- Handle Factory Stuffing & CFS Stuffing export shipments.
- Coordinate Empty Container Pickup and container movement.
- Coordinate with Factory, Transporter, CFS, Customs, Shipping Line and Terminal.
- Complete Customs Ready formalities.
- Apply and follow up for Form 13.
- Generate/process E-Gate Pass / Terminal Gate Pass.
- Handle export activities on CARGOES portal.
- Handle export activities on ODeX portal.
- Submit VGM within Shipping Line cut-off.
- Complete Shipping Bill Handover on ODeX/Shipping Line portal.
- Verify Shipping Bill No., Container No., Seal No., Booking No., packages and weight before submission.
- Coordinate for LEO (Let Export Order) and Customs-related formalities.
- Track Gate Opening, SI Cut-off, VGM Cut-off and CY/Gate Cut-off.
- Follow container movement until successful Terminal Gate-In.
- Resolve Form 13, CARGOES, ODeX, VGM and Gate Pass related issues.
- Maintain daily shipment status and update the concerned team/customer.
- Immediately escalate any issue that may result in shut-out, rollover, detention, demurrage, penalty or vessel miss.




- Maintain proper job-wise operational records and acknowledgements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Export Operations with Freight Forwarder / CHA / Logistics company preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Nhava Sheva/JNPT Export Operations.
- Hands-on experience with CARGOES & ODeX.
- Knowledge of Form 13, E-Gatepass, VGM and Shipping Bill Handover.
- Knowledge of Factory Stuffing, CFS Stuffing and Customs procedures.
- Good understanding of Shipping Line cut-offs and container movement.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple export shipments.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership and time-management skills.

Key Responsibility Flow

Empty Pickup → Factory/CFS Stuffing → Customs Ready → LEO → Form 13 → E-Gatepass → VGM → Shipping Bill Handover → Port Movement → Terminal Gate-In

Main Objective:

Ensure every export container completes all operational and digital formalities correctly and reaches the terminal before the applicable vessel cut-off, without avoidable delay, penalty or additional cost.

Pay: ₹10,851.84 - ₹20,000.00 per month
