Seedo Toys is looking for an experienced and proactive Export Merchandiser to join our growing team. If you have a strong understanding of international trade, customer coordination, production follow-ups, and export documentation, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage export orders from inquiry to dispatch.
- Coordinate with international customers regarding product development, order status, timelines, and shipments.
- Liaise with production, quality, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Prepare and monitor export documentation and compliance requirements.
- Track order progress, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments.
- Work closely with sourcing and procurement teams for material planning.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while supporting new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in export merchandising, preferably in toys, consumer products, gifting,



home décor, or related manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and international trade processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
