Role Description The Export Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

The Export

Executive will manage end-to-end export operations, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries from global customers, supporting participation in international tenders and projects,



and collaborating with internal teams to meet product specifications and delivery timelines. The role involves maintaining accurate records, tracking orders, and liaising with logistics partners, regulatory bodies, and overseas clients.

The Export

Executive will also contribute to business development activities by supporting sales efforts in international markets and identifying opportunities to expand Manarti Exports’ global presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Import Export procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Export operations and International Trade regulations.
- Candidates should possess sales skills focused on international customer management and order handling.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare products and familiarity with ISO and CE standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or export management software.
- Solid communication skills in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
