Role Description The Export Coordinator at Zylog GreenShield is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end export coordination, including preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating shipments (with a focus on ocean freight), and ensuring compliance with relevant export regulations and company policies.

The Export

Coordinator will liaise with freight forwarders,



customs agents, and internal teams to track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries to international customers. The role includes maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, responding to customer inquiries, and providing proactive communication on shipment status and documentation requirements. The position also supports continuous process improvement in export operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong export documentation and export process management skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of ocean freight procedures, international shipping practices, and basic trade compliance.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in export coordination, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial products.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain professional relationships with international partners.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
