We are looking for an experienced professional to handle end-to-end export documentation, customs compliance, incentive claims, and related shipping processes. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on knowledge of Indian export procedures and be able to independently manage documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:
Filing and monitoring of EGM (Export General Manifest) Working knowledge of ICEGATE portal.
Handling DGFT-related matters and applications .
Managing bank lodgements and documents for collection Processing and claiming of RoDTEP, IGST refunds, and Drawback Preparation and verification of customs documents and final invoices.
Accurate application of HSN codes .
Handling LUT intimations Managing country-specific documents such as ECTN, SONCAP, and PCR.
Checking C&F; invoices and freight invoices from forwarders Monitoring Indian exchange rates and related calculations.
Preparing and verifying CEPA and Certificate of Origin (COO)
documents Handling Ocean Bills of Lading (OBLs) and Seaway Bills.
P*reparing quarterly CA-certified stock statements Maintaining and sharing GST details of Shipping Bills.*
Ensuring timely receipt of LEO copies and proper e-invoicing.
Regular online checking of DBK / IGST / RoDTEP status Knowledge of applying for RoDTEP claims Preparation of A-transfer letters and Bills of Supply.
Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in export documentation, customs clearance support, or EXIM operations.
Strong familiarity with ICEGATE, DGFT portals, RoDTEP, Drawback, and related compliance for exports.
Good communication and coordination skills.
