Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and personal contacts. Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment preferences. Present and explain residential and commercial real estate projects. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients. Arrange and accompany clients for property/site visits. Handle client queries and provide suitable property solutions. Negotiate with clients and successfully close deals. Convert leads into bookings and sales. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Build and expand a strong customer network. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Maintain regular follow-ups and sales activity reports.

- Coordinate with the sales team to maximize conversions.
